THE COMPANY/OPPORTUNITY: We currently have a number of exciting trainee/junior CNC Miller jobs in the Netherlands for candidates prepared to commit to 2 years living and working abroad. These roles are working with a cutting edge multi-national company who develop and produce high-tech equipment for their clients in the semiconductor, solar, medical and aerospace sectors. In the junior CNC Miller role you will gain fantastic experience in a world class manufacturing facility where you will be trained and mentored by a team experienced engineers/managers! Full training is provided and over the next 2 years you will be trained in Haidenhein Software in terms of using it and programming. You will also receive in company and external training on CNC Machining. You will also be given training across different cells once you are comfortable with the various processes, materials and machines and there is great opportunity to grow into different roles/positions in my clients' parts manufacturing department. Full relocation support in provided in terms of flights, accommodation while you settle into your new job and our client will take care of all travel and settling in expenses & formalities and the only expectation would be that you would commit to the 2 years! These jobs are paying between €35-€37k (including your basic salary, shift allowance, travel allowance & overtime) much higher rates than the average junior CNC role in Ireland. YOUR NEW JO: *As a CNC-Miller you work on different products which will usually involve very complex devices on the border of manufacturability. *This will involve the milling of large products with sizes up to 3x3x1 meter from different materials that are produced at large 5-axis machining centres with pallet changing systems or 5-axis portal machines. *My client mainly work with Heidenhaim and as CNC Miller you are responsible for the execution of the manufacturing process, reading drawings and work instructions and setting up the machines. *You will then help produce the products and carry out the necessary in-process controls and in the case of new work give feedback to the programmer. *When there are quality issues you will need to do a cause analysis and come up with proposals for preventing errors in the future. *As you are dealing with very complex products my client is looking for people who can perform their work very meticulously.
