Ecommerce Department Manager South Dublin. An opportunity is available for an Ecommerce / Online Department Manager to join a successful supermarket store based in South Dublin. Our client is one of Ireland's most recognisable retail groups in the country. This job offers an excellent package and the opportunity to grow with this leading food retailer. The successful candidate will be professionally trained and given appropriate support. We are looking for a retailer who has some experience with online orders, but more importantly is highly organised, excels at customer service and has a proven track record in managing large teams and meeting deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities of this Ecommerce / Online Department Manager will include: Day to day management of a fast-paced food retail online department. Managing large teams of staff - including pickers and drivers. To ensure the implication of all legislation as it pertains to this store, in particular, Health and Safety Regulations, HACCP, Food Safety etc. Achieving targets with staff and management in order to achieve optimum sales levels while ensuring that operational costs are kept as low as possible. Responsible for carrying out regular stock takes to forecast where possible losses could occur. Requirements for this Ecommerce D epartment Manager Job in Dublin. Some experience in an Ecommerce or Online department would be an advantage. Must have 2-3 years of management experience. Must have excellent organisational, leadership and motivational skills. Must be highly motivated and energetic with the ability to work in a fast-paced and target driven environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to manage staff.
