Fixed-Income Manager. Permanent. Salary – DOE. Dublin 2. My client is a global asset manager with offices based in Dublin city centre. They are currently recruiting for a Fixed-Income Manager to join their Performance Analytics department . The successful candidate will be joining a newly created team and will be coming from a Managerial position in the Fixed-Income area of the asset management industry. The team will be focused on the production of quarterly fund reports, investment attribution reports, fund exposure reporting and providing risk analysis on fixed income products . The team will manage many stakeholders in both the investment and distribution business. Responsibilities: Oversee and support the day to day activities of the team including: Provision of value-added analysis on attribution reporting for front office. Ensure all reports are produced to deadlines. Working with other teams to enhance the current operating model of the team. Provide coaching, training and support to all direct reports. Set objectives, monitor ongoing performance and conduct reviews. Attend meetings and represent the team and department. Act as the team’s focal point for internal customers. Manage your own workload including day to day responsibilities and projects ensuring delivery of same. Requirements: Third level degree in Finance, Maths, Statistics, Economics, Accounting. CFA qualification desirable. Fixed income experience from the asset management industry. People/team management experience. Strong knowledge and previous recent experience in fixed income performance and attribution. Excellent knowledge of fixed income instruments and the drivers behind their valuations. Ability to explain fixed income attribution reporting to clients/front office. Knowledge of investment performance calculation.
