Description

Assistant Front Office Manager required for Dublin City Centre Hotel with excellent Corporate, Leisure and Events business. Excellent opportunity to lead the Front Desk team and manage daily operations with your Front office Manager, workign closely with Reservations, Revenue and Accommodation teams. Job Requirements. • Ensure the day-to-day shift operations are carried out in line with department and Hotel standards. • effectively coordinate all day to day front office operations. • Assist with cash / reservations / guest queries and check in / out of guests. • To train, coach and mentor all Team Members to hotel standards. • To motivate the Team Members in achieving the Sales targets for Front Office. • To liaise with the Front Office, Reservations and Event Manager in maximising sales for Front Office. The Candidate. • Will have previous front office management/ Supervisory experience in a 150 Bedroom 3/4* star hotel. • Have previous experience with Opera PMS. • Have excellent attention to detail and be standards focused. • Have a pro- active approach to selling. . Ideal candidate will have experience in a similar fast paced, City Centre Hotel.
