Conference and Banqueting Manager required busy 4* Hotel in Cork, this high profile property is recruiting experienced Conference and Banqueting manager to lead the team in delivering service excellent to all Meeting and Event delegates and Conference organisers. Experience in managing Weddings and Functions is also required. Proven ability to lead the team, to work under pressure and meet Event schedules. Experience in busy 4* Hotel or Conference Centre as overall Manager in charge. Minimum 3 years experience in a management leadership role, preferably with a luxury property with specialist Wedding expertise. Progressive career experience in similar style, quality, volume business. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, positive attitude, patient and flexible.
