Associate Supply Chain Analyst. JOB SUMMARY : The AssociateSupplyChainAnalyst is responsible for ensuring high levels of service are provided to our distributor customers. This will involve close coordination of all activities associated with order receipt and acknowledgement, as well as tactical support required to effect on time delivery to the customer. Job responsibilities: • Order Management - Ensure all new orders are received, acknowledged and entered into SAP in an accurate and timely manner. • Supply Management - Liaise with global manufacturing plants to ensure appropriate levels of prioritisation in order to assuresupplyin line with customer requirements. • S&OP Process – Participate in monthly Demand and/orSupplyReviews, with relevant commercial / manufacturing stakeholders ensuring effective long term strategic planning. • Communication Management – Ensure effective communication is in place will all relevant stakeholders with all queries dealt with in a timely manner and through single point of contact. • Export Documentation Management – Responsible for the assembly of all necessary support documentation required to meet specific country and customer importation clearance requirements. • Month / Quarter End Activities – Ensure all transactions are processed in a timely manner to support month and quarter end closure. This will involve diligence on invoicing / credit notes as well as pro-active reporting on sales activities versus targets. • Product Lifecycle Management – Collaborate closely with the LiNC and Planning Depts to gain appropriate oversight as to upcoming NPI and Copy Changes, to ensure requirements are accurately understood and incorporated into the relevantsupplyplans. • Compliance / QA – Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance to the latest regulatory and company procedures. • Report Writing – Provide required data / intelligence to management on an ad-hoc basis to support effective decision making. The successful candidate will have: Tertiary degree qualification inSupplyChainor relevant discipline. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Customer Services / Logistics &Planning / Import Export environment. Fluent in English, and a second European language would be an advantage: e.g. French. Intermediate user of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook etc. Excellent knowledge of ERP & MRP systems and Logic (SAP preferably.
