A Sales & Operations Lead is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Clare based client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a sporting equipment company in a sales and operations role. THE ROLE: * Engage with customers and retail partners to ensure maximum sales and customer service. * Increasing direct retail and online sales through targeted use of digital marketing, social media, e-commerce and advertising. * Stock management and liaising with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time. * Planning company events. * Other ad hoc duties as required. REQUIREMENTS: * Requires a third level qualification in Business, Marketing, Project Management, PR or related. * 2 years experience in a similar role. * Must possess a keen interest in sport.
