Description

Human Resources Business Partner. Sanderson is working in partnership with its large diversified manufacturing client to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support the operational success and strategic development of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment across the all operations and office functions in the day to day business. Your activities will drive the overall people agenda and will ensure the highest levels of capability, engagement, performance and accountability are achieved. Core areas of responsibility will be in resourcing, compensation and benefit, learning and development, engagement, retention and employee relations. Key Accountabilities. Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy. Manage all formal and informal employee relations issues. Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs. Work in partnership with the leadership teams to identify opportunities and areas of improvement. Support in driving efficiencies in cost. To take the HR lead in working parties and project team. Agreeing project scope and effective project management. Contribute to the design & shaping of people initiatives, that span across all layers in the organisation. Qualifications & Experience: Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. A minimum of 5 years' HR Business Partner experience. At least 3 years experience of delivering performance management programmes resulting in significant improvements to an organisation. A strong working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in UK. Have experience of managing people and evidence of successfully leading an organisational change programme. Have a proven track record of developing people within a business.
