Our client are a large chartered accounting firm whose Payroll team is growing and they are seeking you to join them in the role of Assistant Payroll Manager. Well, you will be proactively managing a team, you will participate in performance appraisals and recruitment. You will support and coach and be involved in setting strategic goals and objectives. Technically, you will also be responsible for overseeing the management of a portfolio of clients and ensuring all processes are reviewed and signed off. You will be the point of client for clients and you will be involved when onboarding new clients and you take pride in providing a high quality service.
