A Midlands based Architectural consultancy practice are seeking a CAD Designer/Technician to address increasing project demands. AUTOCAD Daily responsibilities. Using AutoCAD Software under guidance from Architects. Executing & preparing detailed General Arrangement Drawings using AutoCAD Software. Responsibility for ensuring that work is carried out accurately and with due diligence. Supporting and assisting Managers, and colleagues. Generation of detailed drawings to the company’s specifications. Creation of detailed design documentation. Ensure drawings and information is delivered within planned schedules. Ensure documentation/drawing standards meet the client’s requirements. What does the ideal AUTOCAD technicin look like: Relevant Bachelor's degree. 1 years' experience preferred but not essential. High proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit and other architectural packages. Computer literacy with Word, Excel and other packages required. Previous project experience should include a range of commercial, office and residential developments.
