Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. South County Dublin. DOE. A leading tier 1 contractor is looking to hire an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience plus working on main build aspects of construction. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits; Degree or recognised qualification within Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or a related field. Has worked for 3 years plus within construction. Experience with residential projects in excess of €5m. Excellent communication skills. Has reported into a team of senior surveyors. Expert knowledge of the construction sector in Ireland. Very high level of spoken and written English. Must be able to construct reports and deliver presentations proficiently. Happy to be based in South County Dublin. Can work in Ireland without restriction. Ideally can start with max 4 weeks notice period. Please note this is a brief description of the role.
