SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator for our Client based in Mallow Road, Cork City. This is a good opportunity for the right candidate in a large company that provides excellent training and career opportunities. The role is a 6 month position with a possibility of further work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Dealing with queries by email; • Producing internal customer reports; • Liaising with internal departments and employees; • Face to face customer service at the depot. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Proficient in MS Office applications and able to learn and use different systems; • Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills; • Good customer service and communication skills (verbal and written); • Must have common sense and be self motivated. RATE OF PAY: €12.42 per hour. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm with one hour lunch break. Flexible approach to working hours is essential. JOB CODE: QED0150.
