I'm currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to join a busy team in Ballaghadarreen, Co. Roscommon. THE ROLE: Greet and assist customers in a professional manner. Take bookings and deal with phone enquiries. Schedule follow up visits for customers. Order processing. Invoicing, reconciling and lodging daily cash, cheques and credit card payments. Weekly reports and other ad hoc admin duties. Working days: Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Saturday half a day but paid for a full day. REQUIREMENTS: Previous administration and customer service experience is required. Immediately available. Flare for numbers and previous experience in basic accounts.
