Our client a well established Health Club are looking for a Health Club Manager to join their team. The role requires a strong manager who can work on a number of fronts and who is passionate about the Hospitality industry. Duties include: Operational-Working with existing staff to ensure the facilities operate to the highest possible standard. Co-ordinate the daily activities of the Health Club. Work on membership renewals and to design a exciting calendar of programmes and events for members. To actively source members and promote the facilities of the club. Work with budgets and sales targets along with the GM. To look after staff development and general supervision of staff members. To develop training manuals and SOP’s. Also to ensure that a strict H&S policy is observed and all equipment is maintained regularly and is safe for guests. This is a challenging opportunity and the ideal candidate will have previous experience is a similar role and strong people management is a key requirements.
