Director of Global Supply Chain - West of Ireland. The Director of Supply Chain will have global responsibility for all S&Op, procurement and supply chain processes including, purchasing, demand management and coordination of global master production schedule processes and site planning. Role : Develop and implement a global sales and operations process that is concentrated on the end result of achieving customer-focused service excellence competencies. Identify and drive process improvement initiatives as well as develop and foster a continuous improvement culture that motivates projects and delivers results. Lead all global procurement processes. Maximize our ability to efficiently satisfy customer delivery requirements through strategic short and long-term demand management and capacity utilization. Communicate with all manufacturing locations to develop overall inventory execution strategy. With delivery performance as a priority, analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, significantly reduce on hand inventory levels/value quarterly, reduce waste/scrap. Develop long-term global raw material supply strategy and manage relationships with key suppliers. Design and implement supply chain demand processes that support business manufacturing and distribution strategies. Requirements : Previous experience in setting up a S&Op process and managing a global supply chain. 10+ years experience in supply chain leadership. experience in a GMP/highly regulated environment desirable.
