Looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for a well-known company based in Mayo.Thisisan18monthcontractroleandyouwillberesponsiblefordrivingengagementandpromotingthedevelopmentanddeliveryofadigitalstrategytosupportanewcustomerportal. Keyresponsibilities: work with project teams and external solution and service suppliers to ensure the customer portal delivers on our customer promise. identify any potential customer experience gaps through UX testing and customer engagement and address accordingly with the relevant teams. support the integration and onboarding of digital services into the customer portal as and when they become available. support the business teams through planning, oversight and alignment in the preparation and development of portal content. for offline services, ensure that all applications and hard copy documentation are aligned to the digital strategy and digital content. support the planning and execution of communications plan and activities for launch of customer portal and individual services. co-ordinate, manage and ensure the effectiveness of all communications activities to support raising awareness and delivers online uptake targets. work with the Social Media Team to exploit the potential of social media as a channel to provide customers with information, services and as a platform for engagement. capture and analyse data on service requests and trends on each of our channels and seek customer’s feedback on their experience. use customer feedback to identify and create new opportunities to meet our customer needs and aid improvements to the portal. Keyrequirements: 3- 5+ years of experience in in designing and implementing marketing communication strategies. Experience in customer campaign management and digital strategy formation. Subject Matter Expertise of online and mobile channels, including customer and technical considerations. Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues. Ability to lead and influence a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
