Our client based in Ballina require a Digital Customer Lead for an 18-month contract on an exciting new project across their organisation. Main Responsibilities They are seeking a senior level resource to play a key role in driving engagement and promoting the development and delivery of a digital strategy which supports a new customer portal becoming the primary service channel for their customers. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the transformation of customer service within a customer-focused organisation delivering multiple services, to engage at executive level and drive the adoption of their new digital channel. The position will work across all business units and, in particular, with the media team and with the design team in adopting an approach to promoting and migrating customers to the new customer portal. The role will be supported by their leadership team and external digital strategy experts who will be on hand to ensure a smooth transition for customers, and equally to help achieve successful customer adoption from go-live of the new online portal. You could be a great fit for this role if you have. expertise in digital channel management / customer experience / digital marketing & product promotion / business strategy / digital transformation. strong digital expertise and a digital-first mindset. good understanding of marketing communications. proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders. customer service ethos, leadership experience in customer-focused organisations. track record of delivering customer service improvements. be able to analysis data and identify actionable insights to improve customer experience. interest in technology and the benefits it can bring to customers and staff. ability to challenge delivery teams (business and technical) and ensure they deliver on the customer promise. record of getting involved in delivering tactical solutions as well as developing strategy. excellent relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to engage at all levels across the organisation. Basic Qualifications 3- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing marketing communication strategies. Experience in customer campaign management and digital strategy formation. Subject Matter Expertise of online and mobile channels, including customer and technical considerations. Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues. Ability to lead and influence a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
