It's a small development company with cosy offices and a fun, vibrant culture . Being in a small company, means you get the opportunity to get involved in all areas of marketing for the company. You will get the opportunity to use your own design flair liaising with interior designers, fit-out companies and tradesmen to ensure the show house fit is exemplary and implemented on time. You will work closely with the Managing Director and you will play a pivotal role in the coordination of various projects. The job includes: coordinating marketing strategies specific to new homes development schemes in a range of regions. coordinate the standardised marketing strategy for the company which will include brochures, signage etc. Ensure the successful implementation of finished product within budget. Coordinate branding agencies, social media, sign companies and sales agents. Assist to ensure campaigns on each site are effective. Feeding content via digital marketing. You will have a relevant degree and two years experience in a similar role. Ideally, you'll have a residential property market experience. You must have great attention to detail, have the ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and you'll positively love to work with a team environment.
