Our client based in North Dublin have a wonderful job opportunity for a Training Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This is a chance to work with a company through changes in their training, learning and development plans. The company: A large multinational company based in North Dublin in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Your role – not limited to: • Analyse, assess and advise learning strategies and plans. • Adhere and introduce any necessary compliance requirements. • Carry out the required audits for the sector. • Monitor L&D and report and adjust requirements were needed. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical sector. • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS. • Proven success in Learning & Development strategies. • Batchelors Degree.
