Description

Cpl have a number of openings available with our clients for short and long-term receptionist roles across various industries. Key responsibilities include: Act as first point of contact for all customers/clients. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Prepare customer accounts and maintain appropriate records. Support with general office administration. Book conference rooms and coordinate group bookings. Maintain office space and order supplies as needed. The successful candidate will possess the following: Previous reception/administrative experience is desirable but not essential. Excellent customer service skills. Fluent written and spoken English. Ability to multitask and work on a team. Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
