Description

Technical Support Engineer- Level 2- North West Dublin. FRS are delighted to announce a brand new Technical Support Engineer role that has just come in. Strong experience of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange are essential for this role in addition to excellent customer facing skills and experience. In this position you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers to resolve IT issues as they arise. Essential experience: MS Exchange Server. Active Directory. Office 365. Windows Server. Windows 7 - 10. MS-office suite. Knowledge of Firewalls / Networking and Cloud Platforms is advantageous. Qualifications and Experience. Educated to Degree Level or relevant industry certification and experience. 3 years' experience in a similar environment. MCP certification is advantageous. Full clean driving licence is essential.
