The States of Guernsey are seeking two OT's - Band 5 and Band 6. The successful post holders will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Stroke / Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) inpatient setting within HSC adult services, and will be responsible for the continuing development of a highly specialist therapy service, giving expert advice and guidance for other healthcare professionals as required. The Band 7 post holder will line manage and supervise qualified Occupational Therapists and Assistant Practitioners. The Band 6 post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a specialised Occupational Therapy service within Stroke/ABI team, and providing a seamless transfer of care.
