The HRB is now seeking to recruit a fulltime permanent Business Lead for Finance who will effectively manage the staff of the HRB Finance Team, with an increasing emphasis on developing the team so as to embrace new technologies and other innovation so as to drive excellence and efficiency. High standards of financial management and governance in State bodies, are critical to ensuring a positive contribution to the State’s overall economic efficiency, competitiveness, social cohesion and regional development. The Business Lead for Finance will be a member of the HRB Senior Management team and will bring additional capacity and capability to the organisation. Duties will include (but are not limited to):  Leading the annual and strategic budgeting and planning processes.  Financial management and reporting.  Support Research Funding.  Managing key relationships.  Managing the Finance Team.
