We have a great opportunity for an experienced finance administrator to join a financial services firm. This is a new role for the company and is required due to the increased volume of business. Ideally you will have QFA or are committed to obtaining this qualification. Customer service is key to this company and so you must a highly motivated professional with meticulous attention to detail. Within in this role, you will capture and understand the customer's needs to ensure they receive consistently high standards of 'seamless' service. What does the role entail? Conducting face to face meetings with mortgage customers and building relationships. You will have to drive to learn and continuously increase your produce knowledge in order to provide accurate advice. Proactively managing the mortgage customer experience from application through the entire process to completion. Administration duties relating to the Financial Planning business such as data entry of client details, logs, scans, etc onto CRM system. Detailed maintenance of compliance documents and reports in line with Central Bank regulations. Negotiating with our product providers to ensure efficiency of business transaction. Having a proactive approach to diary management, business development and securing new clients. Assisting in the ongoing development of the firm's compliance policies & procedures. Working with a range of professionals such as accountants, solicitors, technology suppliers to provide an exceptional service to clients. What do you need to apply? Highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Did we say this already? Excellent customer service and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, peers, financial institutions and professional service providers. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Relish the opportunity to work within a target driven environment. Previous experience in Financial services or highly compliant industry (preferably in a customer-facing role. QFA qualified or committed to obtaining same or better.
