Description

Carambola has an exciting role for a Customer Care Support/Receptionist. This position is a full-time position based in our Head office in Annacotty Industrial Estate, Limerick. The position will report directly to the Customer Care Manager. Job Purpose: To provide daily support to client schools and parents of school children we are supplying. To effectively communicate information/requests between the customers and operations, to ensure excellent customer service to clients. To provide support to all departments. Key Accountabilities include: • Ensuring requests are processed according to procedures. • Building and maintaining relationships with client schools and parents. • Weekly Phone calls/emails to schools. • To provide admin support as required to Customer Service Manager. • To liaise with the Customer Service Manager as required. • Responsible for providing weekly reports to Customer Service Manager every Monday. • Responsible for investigating client issues & reporting to Operations Manager (forwarding issues. • Liaising with all other departments as required. • Managing weekly phone calls records. • Answering parents calls and emails, dealing with queries accordingly. • Answering schools calls and emails, dealing with queries accordingly. • Editing Menus. • Responsible for monitoring budgeting of client’s schools accounts and communicating the status to schools on an on-going basis; this is to be done in co-operation with accounts. • September set up, if required. • Responsible for the smooth & effective running of the Reception/Office area on a daily basis. • Responsible for dealing with telephone queries & taking messages in a prompt & professional manner. • Running errands as required. • Accurate and detailed recording of messages. • Responsible for fulfilling requests from clients / schools. • Data Entry – from school/parent contact. Requirements: • Excellent Diary Management and Time Management Skills. • Strong Communication Skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation. • Minimum three years experience in a Receptionist/Administrator role. • Excellent writing skills, • Keen eye for details. • Diploma/ Degree Administration would be an advantage. • Must be team player and highly self-driven. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Poses the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity in all aspect of the role. • Responsive and flexible approach to work, with a can-do attitude to requests and tasks. • The ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner. • Ability to communicate all information in an open and courteous manner. • High level of IT proficiency and working knowledge of the following packages: email, internet, MS Word, Excel, Power Point. • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
