The Role: Identify and notify issues and risks. Hands on experience with Microsoft Windows. Working knowledge of server management and networking. Develop and maintain expert technical knowledge of Microsoft products. Managing day to day operation of Microsoft windows server. Troubleshooting. Hardware, servers and networks. Providing level 3 support to Global service desk. Infrastructure upgrades and changes. What you need: 5 years experience in a similar role. CompTIA Network+ Certified or have relevant industry qualifications. Strong working knowledge of firewall design and network security. Experienced in routing, switching, Wireless LAN & network security. Proficient in firewall configuration and management. Working knowledge of MS Azure and networking.
