Description

Corporate Receptionist. Our client is an architectural company based in Dublin 2, they are currently seeking a permanent Corporate Receptionist to join their team, ALL applicants must have recent corporate receptionist experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. This a very busy reception therefore only applicants with 2 years minimum reception and front of house experience will be considered. Responsibilities included: •Manage reception desk. •Manage calendar and schedule meetings. •Meet and greet all guests. •Receive and distribute post. •Respond to emails. •Ad hoc administration support for staff. •Manage stock and catering orders. •Liaise with service providers and cleaning staff. Requirements: •2 years minimum Reception/Front of House experience. •Experience MUST be in a corporate office environment. •Microsoft Office proficient. Please apply now!
