Ideal candidate will have 4/5 years Operations or Deputy General management experience in the Pub orHotel Industry, must have a extensive experience in Food and beverage service, team management and development, Sales, marketing and promotions, business management etc, You will be responsible for daily Operations and shift procedures, cash management, cleaning, security, service and standards etc. This is a very busy property with a well established reputation.
