INTERNAL EXTERNAL COMPETITION. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER. Permanent Full time Grade VI. This is a key post with responsibility and accountability for the operational provision of an effective, environmental and safety, health and welfare programme to meet the needs of the person served, staff and stakeholders.  The successful candidate will contribute to the strategic development of the risk management programme to meet changing organisational needs, ensuring compliance with all Safety, Health and Welfare at Work and its associated Legislation and Environmental Legislation.
