This role is responsible for coordinating the PSI’s front desk and reception area and for providing general administrative and clerical support as necessary to other parts of the organization.The front desk is the first point of contact for anyone accessing PSI House or anyone contacting the PSI by phone. Accordingly, this role requires consistent engagement with staff and visitors in a professional, friendly and competent manner while completing daily administrative responsibilities.Candidates must have, on the closing date for receipt of applications:  Leaving Certificate Qualification or equivalent.  At least one year’s satisfactory experience in an equivalent front desk and administrative role.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills including experience dealing with people over the phone.  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – mainly Word, Excel and Outlook. The PSI - the Pharmacy Regulator is a public body established in law to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of patients and the public by regulating pharmacists and pharmacies in Ireland.
