Do you like meeting and talking to new people? Are you looking for a job that offers you flexibility? The CSO currently has vacancies for Household Survey Interviewers (both permanent and temporary) in the following counties: Cavan, Cork, Donegal, Dublin, Kilkenny, Longford, Mayo, Monaghan, Offaly, Waterford, Westmeath, Wicklow. Each week, CSO survey interviewers talk to people gathering information from households throughout our nation. Through these surveys we can get an accurate, detailed picture of the economic and social situation of the citizens of Ireland. Permanent & Temporary Survey Interviewers. The successful candidate will: -- Collect survey information from households through face to face interviews. -- Work flexible hours, including evenings, Saturdays and some daytime work when potential respondents are at home. -- Have fluent English, both written and spoken. -- Hold a full driving licence and own or have the full-time use of a car during the period of employment. -- Be well organised. Fluency in Irish is desirable and will be a requirement for some locations.
