In conjunction with a Tipperary based company, Hartley People are looking to fill the position of HR Administrator.     The Role:    Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Assist with the recruitment process. Support operational management. Generate and produce reports. Liaise with the relevant Managers regarding any breaches of Company policies and procedures. The Person:   Third level qualification in HR or relevant discipline. 1 years work experience in a similar role. Previous experience with TMS or a related system. Knowledge of Human Resources principles, processes and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office. Consistency in meeting deadlines.
