Pension. Key responsibilities of this role: Act as first point of contact for customers and ensure outstanding customer service is provided. Coordinate, monitor, assign and appointments and billing activities. Answering phone and email queries and directing calls where appropriate. Create & update customer accounts and ensure systems are updated correctly. Post information packs to customers. Deal with suppliers and ensure orders are processed. Manage customer communication and support with general office administrative duties as required. The successful candidate: 2 years experience working in an administrative position. Experience working with clients/patients in the private sector would be an advantage. Highly efficient, with excellent attention to detail and experience of IT systems and MS Office. Warm, engaging and empathetic nature. Excellent written and verbal communication.
