Bookkeeper Duties. Add all income/expenditure to the online system. Preparing monthly Bank Reconciliations. Add new Suppliers and Customer accounts to Big Red Cloud. Create invoices on Suppliers and Customer accounts Big Red Cloud. Resolve any customer/supplier queries and ensure accounts are accurate and up to date. Prepare supplier payments by bank transfer. Prepare and review monthly and annual customer invoices and monthly statements. Preparing reports and liaise with independent accountant for yearly audit. Prepare Vat returns by January 15th 2020. Lodge payments with An Post AIB weekly. Admin support as required. This role is full time hours (9am to 5pm) initially for 6 weeks, then it would be 2 days per week long-term.
