We are representing our client for the recruitment of this role who provide a broad range of Educational Services Donegal wide. Responsibilities: The appointee will be required to carry out the following: Work as part of the ICT team; Maintain servers and Network Infrastructure; Maintain and service computers; Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues; Maintain and ensure up-to-date software licenses; Safeguard personally identifiable data as per Data Protection Act; Filtering and security of all internet connectivity; Manage and install software updates; Provide guidance to Procurement re the purchasing of hardware and software; Evaluate new hardware to ensure future proofing and value for money; Evaluate new software; Conduct daily backups and test to ensure integrity of backups; Maintain printer network; Maintain passwords on all IT networks; Undertake any other duties as required by Head of IT, Director or CE as appropriate.
