A role has arisen for an experienced customer service agent within the financial services sector in Shannon, Clare. Responsibilities: Handling customer account queries in an efficient and professional manner. Managing the relationships internally and externally effectively. Develop strategies for every account. Deliver solutions for clients and follow up with administration. Recommend different options based on your own assessments. Keeping track of customer accounts. Being compliant in accordance with company law and procedures. Experience Required: APA/QFA is desirable. Understanding of financial services desirable. Call centre/ strong customer service experience. Third level degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment. Must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
