Description

The ideal candidate must have a good attitude and be confident in their dealings with lots of people every day. Must have a full clean driver’s license and reliable car. Main Duties: Answer telephone/email/face-to-face enquiries. Schedule appointments for multiple agents. Send advance notice to tenants. Carry out routine and final inspections on properties as required. Cover holiday leave for other team members. Co-ordinate response to maintenance requests. Be flexible in helping with different roles, lots of variety. Applicants will need to demonstrate the following skills: Very strong organisational skills. Strong communication skills. Information Technology (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, mobile phone & iPad tablet. Strong sales initiative (ability to book viewings and increase client base. Exceptional telephone manner. Neat appearance essential. Ability to multi task in a demanding work environment. Fit in well with existing high performing team members. Have a full clean driver’s license & reliable vehicle. Ideal candidate will have experience working in real estate, but this is not essential as training will be provided.
