Global Talent Manager. Sanderson is working in partnership with its long standing market leading global client to recruit an experienced Talent Manager to deliver on a strategically focused OD and Talent agenda. Core Deliverables. In conjunction with the Global Head of Talent develop all materials and inputs for all Global Leadership meetings. Working closely with the HR Director in the creation of talent initiatives and solutions to meet specific business requirements. Develop line manager and employee supports as necessary to ensure a greater focus on annual talent management practices. Work closely together with our Global Learning & Development colleagues in developing capabilities to manage and develop talent across the Group. Skills & Experience. Strong track record in the delivery of Talent Management initiatives. Some global exposure is a nice to have but in this post you will gain deep exposure to the design, development and implementation of global talent programmes. As a specialist in your field you will take a project management approach and be able to influence and drive the talent agenda within a complex matrix managed environment. Bachelors or a Masters Degree in HR or a related field with 10 years in HR and 6 years in a specialist Talent, Organisational Development or Organisational Effectiveness role.
