Payroll Specialist-EMEA. As part of the Global Payroll team this role will have responsibility for one or more of our European payrolls. ThePayroll specialist wouldbe in charge of the following responsibilities: Process payroll related information from multiple sources, such as People Soft, Local HR, Corporate HR etc. Assure computation of pay is according to company policy and in accordance with government regulations and tax legislation. Review payroll audit reports, team members input, and payroll register to ensure accuracy. Receive direction on completing creating and entering journal entries. Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters. Reporting internally through KPI’s, and externally through ad hoc reports requested by customers. There may occasionally be a need to travel. Required Education and/or Experience: High School graduate, equivalent or above. Payroll qualifications such as IPASS or CIPP will be an advantage. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a Multinational payroll environment. Fluent English. Any additional language will be an advantage.
