HR Manager Co Waterford/Wexford. I am currently in search of a Retail HR Manager for my client with stores in the Waterford and Wexford region. My client operates a group of busy retail shop in the Leinster region and now seeking to fill a Human Resource Manager vacancy. If you currently work as a retail or hospitality Manager with a HR Diploma or qualification above, this may be an ideal opportunity to progress your career and become a HR Manager of a store employing over 60 staff. We are looking for someone within a customer-facing environment, passionate about working with people, developing and implementing HR Strategies where you create a positive, enjoyable and productive working environment through the role HR. This is a fast-paced role, where customer service and standards are the most important, we are seeking a Manager passionate about HR and these values. This role also includes some weekends and one regular late evening. My client is offering a salary of €35,000 - €40,000 DOE. Your responsibilities as Retail HR Manager: Understanding of HR legislation. Understanding or HR Procedures. Overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of the store in addition to your HR administrative role. Handling customer complaints and queries. Assisting with the induction, training, and development of staff in the store. Training and up-skilling staff. Carrying out all HR administration duties. Management of the probationary process where applicable ensure the health, safety, and welfare at work for all colleagues working in their store. Supporting the Store Manager with the general management of the store, occasionally open or close the store when required. Requirements for this Retail HR Manager job: Notable experience and a proven track record in Retail or some customer faced HR environment would be an advantage. Some relatable HR Qualification is desirable but not essential. Highly organised and proficient with HR principles. Excellent communication skills and detail orientated.
