Job Summary. Castlemartyr Resort has a wonderful opportunity for a bright and energetic Leisure Assistant. Reporting to the Health Club Manager, the Leisure Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the guest and member experiences in our Health Club. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct Fitness assessments and develop training programmes for members and guests. Teach classes. Sell/Upsell membership to The Leisure Club. Ensure that the fitness and leisure facilities are safe at all times. Provide help and guidance to guests and members. The Ideal Candidate will have: Excellent customer service skills. At least 1 years’ experience in the industry. Up to date industry knowledge. Outgoing and friendly personality. Be passionate about the fitness industry with a strong eye for future trends.
