DNG Creedon Auctioneers have an exciting opportunity for a Property Sales administrator to join their team with an immediate start. CV's by email only to ciara@dngcreedon.ie. Previous experience of working in the auctioneering field would be an advantage. The role will involve admin support specific to our sales agents in relation to property sales and auctions with the main duties as follows: 1. Assisting the sales agents with administrative work in relation to property sales. 2. Managing the online auction platform portal. 3. Preparation and submission of online property advertisements to online portals. 4. Use of property CRM system to record and maintain property information. 5. Assisting with the organising of property viewings. 6. Preparation of advertising material for property sales. 7. Assistance with tenders. 8. Responsibility for the Auction Admin process and all related duties. 9. Other AD Hoc administrative duties as and when required. SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Microsoft outlook. High ownership and responsibility for their work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent administrative skills - planning and organizational skills. Team player. Must be able to multi-task and handle very busy role whilst maintaining high standards of work. Must be able to work on own initiative, prioritize work and keep accurate and detailed information. Previous use of CRM systems would be an advantage, but full training will be provided. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Minimum of 1 year administrative experience, preferably in a property related environment (but not essential. • Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, MS Outlook and Social Media Platforms.
