Support deskEngineer. We are currently seeking a support Engineer for a growing Managed Print and solutions Company in Dublin. As many of the following skills as possible: 1+ years’ experience. Preferably coming from the Managed Print Service Industry or from a customer supoport centre yet not essential if you have a very outgoing and friendly personality who works well with people. Helpdesk Platforms. Windows Server 2008/2012. Microsoft Office. DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP. Firewalls/VPN. Windows 7, 8, 10. Triage Administration. Any industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, MCITP , CCNA would be advantageous yet not essential. A great attitude. Customer friendly Manner. If you dont have above skills but are willing to learn it is a great opportunity to get in early with an established Managed print and Managed Service provider. Would suit canditate working in a customer support centre looking to upskill to become a remote technical support engineer. Office based with some field work. Salary: €24-€30k per annum depending on experience. Microsoft Training. Job Type: Full-time. Job Location: Dublin 24. Required experience: Managed print or IT Helpdesk: 1 Year Preferable. No experience required if canditate has good attitude and is swilling to learn. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: €24,000.00 to €30000 /year. Required education: High school or equivalent.
