Our Client based in Dungarvan is looking to recruit a Full-time Administrator on a 3 month fixed term contract. ​If successful, you will be responsible for payroll, accounts payable, invoicing and data entry. Hours of work are 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Duties. Invoice Input and Purchase Order Reconciliation. Client Billing. Ordering of office supplies. Keeping H&S certificates up to date for all employees on online safety portal. Booking courses/hotels. Other ad-hoc duties. Requirements. Experience of Excel required. Payroll experience a bonus. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position. Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy. Excellent IT skills.
