Packaging Engineering Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based client. The successful candiadte will be responsible for managing the packaging engineering department for both primary & secondary packaging operations. THE ROLE: * Lead engineering team to ensure day to day support to commercial packaging operations on Cork site are met. * Investigate & evaluate technical issues on packaging materials. * Identify improvements, new technologies & optimizations opportunities. * Development & delivery of programs for Primary & Secondary packaging operations. * Complete project charter for each project to insure the scope is clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders. * Lead team meetings providing clear communication to the team on current and future activities. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience of primary and secondary packaging (cartoning) of tablets on high speed lines. * Experience of packaging materials. * Experience of regulatory filing updates and assessment. * Demonstrates strong knowledge of cGMP & regulatory filings. * Blister packaging experience. * Project Management experience. * Degree qualified with min of 5 years' experience.
