Fund Administration Operator - Transfer Agency. *Senior Associate Private Equity* The Transfer Agency Senior Associate is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the shareholder register and completing first level checks and reviews required for all transfer agency tasks. This will include: reviewing documentation, booking / recording transactions, preparing and processing payments, liaising with investors, clients and internally, completing anti- money laundering checks on Investors, reconciliation of fund accounts and additional ad hoc duties.
