Lending Operations Agent. Residential Mortgages. Dublin 4. €32,000. Looking for a lending Operations Agent (Residential Mortgages) who will be responsible for case management of mortgage applications from application to completion. You will work with Brokers, Credit Underwriters and Solicitors to ensure all new applications have the required documentation in line with agreed policy, criteria and CPC deadlines. Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely updates to stakeholders throughout the process. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Administration of case management across the lending origination process from application to drawdown. Work with Brokers, Credit Underwriters and Solicitors to ensure all required documents are received and correct prior to drawdown. Support authorised intermediaries in submitting lending applications through designated application portal. Ensure operational and regulatory compliance throughout the process. Requirements: APA (Loans) or QFA essential. 1-2 years’ experience in residential mortgages. Experience with the full mortgage administration process – application through to drawdown. Experience of and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
