Talent Acquisition Specialist - Galway. Talent Acquisition Specialist job in Galway. The successful candidate will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process. Features of the role include talent discussions related to internal and external talent moves, providing analytical insights around functional talent pools, risks, etc. This role will be responsible for delivering top quality services and KPIs related to recruiting. Key to this position is building strong partnerships and relationships both internally and externally. Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Develops a strong understanding and acumen for the Global Talent Acquisition strategy and execution, specifically related to requisition and candidate management processes, onboarding and internal mobility philosophies, etc. Uses insights from workforce planning goals to support recruiting efforts pro-actively for the functional areas with which they support. Manages recruiting lifecycle for all levels within their function, including employer promotion in the market place, as well as candidate pipelining and compliance outreach activities. Executes on ad hoc positions as needed. Sources candidates through innovative methods including targeted advertising, advanced boolean logic applications, partnerships, social medial, industry networking, key professional organizations, selective agency partnership etc. Explores and develops new sourcing, including diversity sourcing, to proactively identify talent. Capitalizes on trends and opportunities in our industry. Manages TA roll out activities for the functions they support - including but not limited to Manager and HR trainings, Interview training, etc. Responsible for tracking and performing against TA team and individual metrics. Provides guidance, strategizes and makes recommendations to managers and HRGs to improve recruiting methods and create more efficient processes. Champions enhancing the candidates experience including: supporting the interview process, communicating total rewards package, and providing timely and appropriate feedback to internal and external candidates. Education & Experience: Degree in HR, Business or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in Corporate HR/Recruitment, Agency or Sales environment or the demonstrated ability to successfully carry out daily responsibilities and accountabilities. Experience recruiting in a multi- function environment strongly preferred. Proven results in KPI recruiting metrics. Skilled with using social networking and strong Internet sourcing skills.
