A Marketing Assistant is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for an Irish client growing in product sales and services sectors. This is a new role to support the sales team with online and B2B focused campaigns, market analysis and projects in order to grow the business. THE ROLE: * Conduct detailed market research for the company. * Build a database & make initial contact with potential customers through digital targeted marketing. * Liaise with Sales Management Team on Warm/Qualified leads. * Track existing marketing campaigns and report on results. * Submit ideas for marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company's brand. * Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts. REQUIREMENTS: * Qualification in Marketing, Advertising or related field. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords. * 2 - 3 years of experience marketing services or products.
