Fashion Store Manager - Cork. We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Fashion Store Manager to join our well-known Irish Fashion and Jewellery retail client based in Cork. We require an approachable, professional and KPI driven Store Manager who is an excellent communicator with a passion for fashion and jewellery, displaying this through the provision of five-star customer service. With over 15 stores located all across Ireland, our client is at the forefront of promoting the finest Irish craft and design for over 50 years and is home to Ireland's largest collection of Irish designers. 2 years' experience in fashion, cosmetics, jewellery or giftware is required. What you will do as Store Manager, Delivering 5 Star excellence in the Customer Experience. To lead, motivate and empower your team. To drive sales and KPI'S. Staff training and development in all aspects of customer experience, including brand and product knowledge. To analyse reports and communicate a weekly action plan. Experience and skills required for this Assistant Manager role includes: 2-3 years' experience working in retail management. Excellent leadership and people management skills. An ability to drive sales through your team. Commercial Awareness. Proven training and development capabilities. Salary package for Fashion Store Manager : Salary €36-€38k DOE. Bonus €5000.
